We bid a fond farewell and best wishes to Steve Michelone as he moved to the PA Dept of Human Services. Steve served as the PEMA VAL. We said "Thank You" to Dennis Steffy We enjoyed a good meal together and listened intently to our Keynote speaker, FEMA Region III Regional Administrator MaryAnn Tierney Pictured from left to right; MaryAnn Tierney, Ed Robertson and Julia Menzo PAVOAD Becomes a Pennsylvania Not-For-Profit Corporation & Receives IRS 501(c)3 Approval The full membership of the PAVOAD voted to adopt new Bylaws. At a meeting held at PEMA headquarters in Harrisburg PA on June 25, 2019, the membership took up a previous motion and approved a restructuring which included incorporation as a PA not-for-profit entity. During the formal business President Ed Robertson also announced that the new PAVOAD corporation had received its IRS 501(c)3 approval.
